Born to Discover
As Instructional Designer in development, I see learners as clients. Therefore, it is my highest interest to analyze their environments and find solutions for each learner. I believe that equity for my clients relies on personalized learning. Currently, I am exploring MOOCs to achieve personalized learning experiences.
I am born to discover following the light of constructivism in teaching and learning. Both teaching and learning are processes which I view instructors as facilitators, rather than holders of knowledge. My purpose is to actively assist today's education clients in their learning process rather than offer prescriptive approaches to their needs.
